Winter Festival a great success
The concert on 2 December was a great success. We’re delighted with how many friends and supporters came along.
All three orchestras performed really well - we’re particularly delighted to have given the Junior Orchestra their first chance to perform in public - and the duet by “players of the year” Marlon Hibbert and Andy Silk was brilliant.
We were joined by the Harris Academy at South Norwood choir - with a solo performance from Tonya Virgo - and by the JTS Community Arts Academy.
I am so grateful for everyone who made this a memorable evening - including not just the performers, but those dealing with sound, lighting, music, refreshments etc.
